Exclusive 1:1 Yoga Soul Sessions
Want to dive deeper into your yoga?
Wishing for a personalised home yoga practice?
Looking to reconnect to your body?
Feeling stagnant or depressed?
Feeling frustrated with health problems which don't seem to improve?
What's a Yoga Soul Session?
It's a personalised yoga session, designed for, and by you.
My offering to you can include many yoga practices such as prayers, pranayama (controlling the breath), asanas (yoga postures), dhyana (meditation), bhandas (body locks) mudras (sacred hand gestures), kriyas (purification techniques) and more.
I can also share Chair Yoga with you, a way of practising yoga from a chair or a wheelchair for those with limited movement.

Yoga as therapy
We can tailor specific techniques to match your requirements, both physically and mentally, to aid and support health conditions, emotional and mental imbalances, nervous system dysregulation and much more.
I have around 15 years of consistent yoga practice and training, and teachers, thanks to my Guruji Swami Yogeshwarananda Saraswati, one of the greatest yogis of the 20th century; and well over 5,000 hours of teaching experience.
