Secret Garden Yoga is living yoga - yoga for everyday life: hatha yoga (pranayama, asanas, meditation) classes in a slightly more fluid vinyasa style of hatha yoga where we cultivate the seeds of growth. It’s all about opening and growing...
Our yoga flow focuses on each and every movement being linked by a constant flow of controlled breath work. The breath is the golden thread that seamlessly weaves through each pose to the next, creating a meditative flow of movement, breath and stillness.
I am also a trained breath coach and I'm able to share many different techniques - those which energise in particular ways and those which calm the nervous system.
I've been meditating and practising yoga daily for around 15 years, and I'm happy to share my many experiences and the methods I have learned and used over the years. My yoga journey started at the Sanctuary in Hampshire. UK in 2010.

Why secret garden?
What's in a name? I totally fell in love with a story as a little girl. This story was all about a young orphan girl called Mary. Mary finds herself at her uncle's house in Yorkshire, England and soon discovers a secret, hidden rose garden and new friends. Tending this garden and her new friendships, they discover that the garden magically heals their lives. This book was 'The Secret Garden' by Frances Hodgson Burnett.
I was born in the UK and when I moved down from London to Southampton in 2010, one of my neighbours and friends referred to the garden at my little house there as the Secret Garden. So the name for was seeded and Secret Garden Yoga has been growing since 2013 and I have been living in the Austrian Alps since 2016.
The below quote from wise Dr Wayne Dyer sums it up:
"There is a secret garden inside each and every one of us and that door opens inward." - Dr Wayne Dyer
