Tailored to your individual needs, this experience includes dedicated breath work, postures, and guided meditation to align your body and soul. We can design your yoga to help support any health conditions you may have, these sessions are strictly confidential and Hannah has 13 years' experience in providing such support. Available in German or English; either online, Secret Garden Yoga in Gramais, or at your home (in Lechtal ONLY).
