This introduction to Adapted Hatha and Chair Yoga is designed to give you the confidence to maintain your mobility through movement, or possibly rediscover it if you've lost it.
We start with a gentle seated breathing exercise and move to a more dynamic breathing form to warm up our body. Then Hannah will guide you through some simple exercises either on the floor, standing or in a chair that will encourage you to enjoy some release, stabilisation and strengthening of the body.
You do not need any previous knowledge for this workshop. You are welcome to bring your own mat and towel/blanket, but chairs, mats, blankets and cushions are provided in the Auszeitraum.
