All levels welcome, from Beginner to Advanced

We use movement (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation to help us liberate our body, mind and self.

Yoga philosophy is delicately woven into the tapestries of each class to encourage practitioners to live more fulfilling and positive lives. We learn how to use the pulse of the breath to engage and disengage postures and how to weave postures together on the flow of the breath.
